Terms & Conditions.

Last updated May 21, 2026

Developer / Contracting Party: Anderson dos Santos Cruz, registered in Brazil under CNPJ 42.477.200/0001-80, with principal place of business in the State of São Paulo, Brazil (the “Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

01

Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using BTC Wallet Tracker (the “App”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

On iOS, these Terms apply alongside Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple EULA”), which governs your license to use the App on your device. On Android, these Terms apply alongside the Google Play Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the applicable store terms, the store terms control for matters they specifically address (such as the scope of the license and the store's role as the App distributor).

02

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to use the App Store (on iOS) or Google Play (on Android), whichever is greater. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

03

What the App Does

BTC Wallet Tracker is a read-only Bitcoin portfolio tracker. You add public Bitcoin addresses (or scan their QR codes) and the App fetches their balances and transaction history from public block explorers.

The App does not:

  • ask for, store, or transmit private keys, seed phrases, or extended public keys (xpubs);
  • custody, send, receive, or sign Bitcoin transactions;
  • run a backend that we control — wallet addresses, settings, and your PIN (stored as a salted SHA-256 hash) live only on your device.

See the Privacy Policy for full details on data handling and third-party services.

04

Not Financial Advice

The App displays balances, prices, and transaction history sourced from third-party services. This information is provided for informational purposes only and is not investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Bitcoin is volatile and you may lose money. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on what the App shows.

05

Pro Subscription

The App offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, “BTC Wallet Tracker Pro” (“Pro”), that unlocks Pro-only features (currently: ad-free experience, biometric unlock, the Pro Features screen — including the “Delete All Wallets” bulk action gated behind biometric or PIN re-authentication — and any future features marked as Pro).

5.1 Plans and pricing

Pro is offered on two plans:

  • Monthly — billed every month.
  • Yearly — billed every year, offered at a discount versus twelve consecutive monthly periods.

Prices are set per region by Apple (on the App Store) and Google (on Google Play) and are shown in your local currency inside the App and on the store. The price displayed at the time of purchase — including any applicable taxes — is the price that applies. Prices may change over time and may differ between regions. The pricing shown in the App at checkout is always the source of truth.

5.2 Billing and auto-renewal

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID (on iOS) or Google Play account (on Android) at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price and duration unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time: on iOS, in your device's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions; on Android, in the Google Play Store → Account → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  • If a free trial or introductory offer is provided, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a paid subscription, where applicable.

5.3 Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time via the App Store (on iOS) or Google Play (on Android). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — Pro features remain available until then, and you will not receive a partial refund for the unused portion.

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google, depending on the store where you purchased. We do not process refunds directly. On iOS, you can request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem page. On Android, you can request a refund through the Google Play refund process.

5.4 Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the App or switch devices, tap Restore Purchases on the paywall to re-link an active Pro entitlement to the new install. Restoring requires the same Apple ID (on iOS) or Google account (on Android) that was used to make the original purchase.

5.5 Price and feature changes

We may change subscription prices or the set of features included in Pro. Where required by Apple's or Google's rules or applicable law, you will be notified in advance and given the opportunity to cancel before any change takes effect for your subscription.

06

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • choosing a strong PIN and keeping it (and your device) secure — we cannot recover or reset your PIN, and a forgotten PIN means you must reinstall the App and re-add your wallets;
  • the public Bitcoin addresses you choose to add to the App and how you use the information the App displays;
  • complying with all laws applicable to your use of Bitcoin in your jurisdiction.
07

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law;
  • use the App to violate any law or third-party right;
  • interfere with or disrupt the third-party services the App relies on (Blockstream.info, CoinGecko, mempool.space, RevenueCat, Google AdMob);
  • remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices in the App.
08

Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services to function:

  • Blockstream.info — public block explorer, used to fetch wallet balances and history.
  • CoinGecko — public price API, used for the Bitcoin price and price history.
  • mempool.space — public block explorer, opened externally in your device's browser when you tap a transaction in the App. No data is sent to mempool.space until you tap a row.
  • RevenueCat — processes the Pro subscription and renders the paywall.
  • Google AdMob — serves ads on the free tier only (no ads are loaded for Pro subscribers).

Their availability, accuracy, and terms are outside our control. We are not responsible for outages, missing transactions, stale prices, or other issues caused by third-party services. Your use of those services through the App is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

09

Intellectual Property

The App, including its name, logo, design, and code, is owned by the Developer and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple EULA (on iOS) or the Google Play Terms of Service (on Android). No other rights are granted.

10

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that balances and prices shown will be accurate or current at any given time.

11

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or Bitcoin, arising out of or related to your use of the App — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall the Developer's total liability to you for all claims relating to the App exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for Pro in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) USD $20.00.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

12

Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the App. You may terminate them at any time by deleting the App from your device (and, if you have a Pro subscription, cancelling it via the App Store or Google Play). We may suspend or terminate your access to Pro features if you violate these Terms, the Apple EULA, or the Google Play Terms of Service.

13

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the App or the hosted version of these Terms before they take effect, where required by applicable law. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of the comarca of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, are designated as the forum for any dispute arising from or related to these Terms.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have as a consumer under mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence. In particular, consumers domiciled in Brazil retain their rights under the Código de Defesa do Consumidor (Law No. 8.078/1990), including the right to bring claims in their own domicile.
